La historia es la siguiente:\u00a0<strong>that_earlyguy<\/strong>\u00a0es un usuario de la plataforma Steam, al igual que tantos millones en todo el mundo. Por motivos que se desconocen, <strong>perdi\u00f3 el acceso a su cuenta<\/strong> y contact\u00f3 con el servicio t\u00e9cnico para que le ofrecieran una soluci\u00f3n. No obstante, pasaron los d\u00edas, las semanas, y este jugador no recibi\u00f3 ninguna ayuda al respecto, por lo que su cabreo fue en aumento.<\/p>\n<p>Viendo que la respuesta no llegaba por ninguna v\u00eda, busc\u00f3 el correo de Gabe Newell -que se puede localizar de manera bastante sencilla por Internet, s\u00f3lo es necesario recurrir a Google- <strong>y le escribi\u00f3 un correo coment\u00e1ndole su problema<\/strong>. En cualquier otro caso, el presidente de la compa\u00f1\u00eda habr\u00eda pasado de este usuario, seguramente. <strong>Pero es Gabe Newell. Es especial. Y le respondi\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu ticket? A fin de cuentas, en Valve todos servicio t\u00e9cnico<\/strong>&#8220;, respondi\u00f3 el presidente de Valve ante la incredulidad, como es l\u00f3gico, del usuario. A las pocas horas, y tras contestar a la petici\u00f3n del ticket, el usuario en cuesti\u00f3n ya ten\u00eda restablecida su cuenta y su contrase\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>Dio las gracias a y Newell y \u00e9ste le volvi\u00f3 a responder: &#8220;Como te dec\u00eda,<strong> aqu\u00ed en Valve todos somos servicio t\u00e9cnico<\/strong>, as\u00ed que est\u00e1 bien que la gente me contacte a m\u00ed o a cualquiera de la compa\u00f1\u00eda si tiene problemas&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Sin lugar a dudas, una de esas historias que te esbozan una sonrisa por lo peculiar del personaje.
